Static menu in addition to mouse-over menu

When going to download some Incorta data, my reflex is to click on the drop-down arrow as indicated in attached screenshot "Incorta mouse-over dropdown 1.png". Of course at the moment of clicking, the space occupied by the drop-down arrow instantaneously switches to the icon for editing the table (see attached screenshot "Incorta mouse-over dropdown 2.png"). This takes me into the edit window, which is not where I want to go. So, I have to Cancel out of the edit window and re-think my clicking to get the download I seek.
No matter how many times I go through this and try to remember to NOT click on the dropdown arrow right-away, it still fools me at least 50% of the time.
Is there any possibility of having the same choices added in static menu somewhere, such as suggested in attached screenshot "Incorta mouse-over dropdown alternate suggestion.png"? (In the blank areas of a header row.)

Alas, my screenshot uploads fail as "Not allowed due to company policy" so I hope my descriptions get my point across.
