User and Group Management

if you have large numbers of groups & folders and this numbers increase.

you need to managed this by creating users and  assign users to groups based on business needs.

Current :

 we managed this process (create users & assign users to groups) from scripts by administrator.

Idea:

 provide UI to do this easily even for non administrator users.
