Visualization feature to show Master Table and Detail table columns without repeat of Master Table columns

We have master table say "department_table". It has Department_id, Department_name, Department_location columns.

We have detail table say "employee_table". It has employee_id, employee_name, employee_email, employee_salary as columns.

If we want to list all departments and employees together in one "insight" without need of any aggregation, there is no way to list them unless each time "department" columns will repeat.

We tried all ways while working with Incorta support team in ticket ticket #55048 , but did not succeed.

This is very simple requirement and there has to be way to achieve this. Such feature is available in Tableau.
