DATA Agent Status not changing

Hello,

I am trying to enable Data Agent; I have installed it and placed the auth file in conf directory and started the agent.bat but the status is not changed, I am not able to figure out the mistake please help me.

What do you see in the data agent logs and/or CMD console if you are starting the bat from the command line?
