Download files from Local Data Files from Cloud

Since moving from on-prem to the cloud, I have lost access to the file system on the backend.

I used the on-prem access to automate file delivery from the outside world onto the Linux server and then moved the files based on file name masking to the appropriate tenant and data folder through a cron process.

I changed my delivery path for this kind of automation but still have some local files uploaded through the UX. 

The request is to be able to go to the Local Data Files tab, select one or more files/folders and download them to a local zip file. I realize I could use the list insights to create an awkward workaround and download the data one file at a time, but I would also lose the original data in some cases (timestamps and dates due to translation in loading.)
