The user customization feature available in each dashboard to users is great - most users just need to remove columns, change sort order, etc. It would save so much redundancy in reporting. However two things -
1. The changes need to stick when it is export to excel.
2. When columns are removed (and this will be a trick) changing to aggregation filter would be great.
